    Floor-to-ceiling windows keep the vineyard in the frame while you eat, which is either very clever or a little on the nose, depending on your tolerance for wine country theater. LVN is a fine-dining tasting menu restaurant on the Bird in Hand estate in the Adelaide Hills, earning three Chef Hats from the Australian Good Food Guide. The kitchen pulls produce from the Hills, Finniss, and Tasmania, running it through a menu that doesn't announce itself too loudly.
