Maison Lameloise
Modern French
A three-Michelin-star restaurant in a quiet Burgundian market town, which is either charmingly incongruous or exactly right, depending on your mood. The dining rooms are warm and individually appointed, nothing like the austere temples the rating can imply. The chef's cooking leans into Burgundy's larder hard, snails, Bresse poultry, Charolais beef, while the sommelier's list, strong by the glass, gives the wine region its due.
