A no-reservations pizzeria at Souk Al Mina where people queue hours before the doors open, which tells you most of what you need to know. The pies lean on UAE-grown produce, figs from Liwa, local burrata, mushrooms from Below Farm, rather than chasing a New York or Neapolitan pedigree. The focaccia and calzone draw as much loyalty as the pizza. It landed on MENA's 50 Best Restaurants list, though the regulars were probably here long before anyone was keeping score.
