Inside, the chalet decor is warm enough that you'll forgive yourself for ordering the cheese fondue before the snow has even left your boots. The kitchen runs on modern Alpine cooking, with a wine list that punches above the altitude. Lunch in summer, daily service in winter, and evening events that the locals seem to take quite seriously.
