Massimo Camia
Piedmontese
A renovated stone farmhouse set among the Langhe vineyards, this is a Michelin-starred restaurant where the Camia family has been cooking Piedmontese cuisine for longer than most. The chef and his daughter run the kitchen, and his son works the cellar, which runs to something close to encyclopedic on local bottles. The cooking leans modern but stays rooted in the territory. A handful of rooms upstairs mean you don't have to drive anywhere after the wine.
