    The swim-up bar at Blue Marlin Ibiza says everything: ME Cabo is an adults-only beach resort where the pool party is the amenity, not an afterthought. Spain's Meliá group planted its nightlife-forward ME brand right on Playa El Médano, Cabo's only swimmable beach, and the rooms, each with a balcony, lean into the hedonist brief with counted thread counts and sea views to sleep off the night before.
