Floor-to-ceiling windows look straight out over Flensburg Firth, which sets the tone before you've seen a menu. This is a two-Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant where Dirk Luther runs a classic-based tasting menu of six or eight courses, built around serious ingredients like Danish turbot and lobster. A glass wall onto the kitchen gives you something to contemplate while you wait. Sommelier Martin Kammann's wine pairings and the team's service are the kind that make a long dinner feel well-paced rather than endless.
