Melkhus
Regional German
A converted cowshed on the old Immenhof estate, with an open fireplace and a terrace that looks out over the lake. This is a relaxed, rustic restaurant serving traditional regional cooking, the kind where the menu follows the season and Holstein sour meat counts as a classic. In summer the terrace fills up fast, and on quieter afternoons the farm shop and coffee service make it easy to stay longer than planned.
