This boutique hotel in Méthamis sits on a rocky promontory above the Gorges de la Nesque, where every room gets floor-to-ceiling windows and a private Jacuzzi. The interiors run concrete floors and Scandinavian furniture, modernist enough to feel intentional. One suite ships without wi-fi or television, in case the canyon view wasn't hint enough to put the phone down.
