The chef was born in this stone house, which is either charming or a little uncanny depending on your disposition. It's a family-run Mallorcan restaurant in the village of Selva, and she still walks table to table explaining what she made that day, which changes with the market. The terrace, partly glass-roofed with views over the hillside, is where you want to sit. The Michelin Guide has given it a Bib Gourmand.
