Modern French
A converted farm building in the garrigue countryside outside Nîmes, named for the chef's grandmother, who apparently taught him well. This is a one-Michelin-star tasting menu restaurant where pale wood and white porcelain set the tone for cooking that pairs Mediterranean instincts with some serious technical confidence. The lunch menu is the move, and the crowd driving out from the city knows it.
