    An alpine chalet restaurant in Haute-Nendaz where the chef has been running his own culinary marathon since what feels like forever, pulling heritage recipes back into rotation alongside regional staples like Val Ferret lamb and Valais black truffles. The adjoining brasserie keeps things looser, with daily specials and a champagne beurre blanc that has no business being this casual. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and guestrooms upstairs if the mountain air gets to you.
