Camps Bay beach is directly outside the front door, which at this boutique hotel means you're choosing between the Atlantic and an in-house Lebanese restaurant serving grilled meats and salt-baked fish. Designer Tristan du Plessis filled the ninety rooms with local and international art, Nigerian photography in the suites, a statement chandelier in the lobby. The owners' Lebanese heritage shaped the whole culinary identity, giving the place a sharper personality than most beachfront stays manage.
