Philippe Starck did the Venetian-inspired interior, and the former Bourse sits right outside the window, so the setting does a lot of work before the food arrives. This is a sit-down Italian restaurant pulling from Venice and the northeast, with vegetables from what the kitchen calls a respectful cottage garden and fish from sustainable sources. The ice creams finished with Piedmontese hazelnuts or Bronte pistachios are the kind of detail regulars mention unprompted.
