    Perched in the hills above Elia Beach, this boutique Relais & Chateaux resort earns its name through sheer audacity of setting: an infinity pool hangs over the Aegean, and the sea glitters from nearly every room. The design mixes sleek modern furnishings with rough driftwood pieces and dark dramatic contrasts, which is a bolder move than the usual Mykonos whitewash. A Michelin Key and Forbes recognition on the books. Open May through October.
