Myranel
Local New American
A nineteenth-century house with original ceiling beams sits on the banks of the St. Lawrence in a village that also has a chocolate shop, which tells you something about the neighborhood's priorities. Myranel is a set-menu restaurant where the chef sources almost everything from Portneuf County and rotates the menu every couple of months, with a vegetarian version always on offer. Daring sweet-sour combinations are something of a house signature.
