Inside, the minimalist room sets the tone for a Japanese creative restaurant where the kitchen draws on French technique alongside traditional forms. Set menus and à la carte both run, with sushi and vegetarian options alongside fish the chef takes some care in sourcing. Friendly staff are happy to talk you through the sake list.
