Nangalarruni
Sicilian
Nangalarruni is named for an ancient Sicilian mouth instrument, the kind of folk-music detail that tells you this place takes its roots seriously. It's a regional restaurant tucked into Castelbuono's historic center, with stone and wood inside and a courtyard for summer. The kitchen works through traditional Madonie Park recipes, and the mushrooms that come out of those hills earn real attention. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand.
