    A Peruvian restaurant tucked among the taco stands on Oklahoma City's south side, which is either perfect camouflage or a happy accident. The ceviche comes in several varieties and makes a sensible starting point, while the lomo saltado and rotisserie chicken fill out the table nicely. Wash it all down with chicha morada or an Inca Kola straight from the gold can, which is exactly how it should arrive.
