    The long glass wall on the fifth floor of the Hilton Rijeka Costabella frames the Adriatic, the coastline, and the wild outline of Cres before you've even sat down. This is a tasting menu restaurant, Michelin-starred, where the chef works through Croatian coastal and inland traditions in a single menu offered at a few different lengths. The room is minimalist, the service is precise, and the wine list travels well beyond Croatian borders.
