A family-run trattoria in the Val di Non that has been feeding the same regulars for generations, Nerina keeps things unshowy: regional cheeses, house-cured salami, and whatever the kitchen garden is yielding. The cooking leans on Trentino staples with the occasional nod to the rest of Italy, and the Di Nuzzo family have turned genuine hospitality into a kind of house specialty. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
