The name is a nod to Bangkok's nightlife, and the room does its best to live up to that, blending restaurant and cocktail bar in a setting that's noticeably slicker than you'd expect from a Bavarian suburb. The chef grew up in Thailand and cooks accordingly, weaving in local ingredients without softening the flavors. The Michelin Guide has it listed. Dishes come in sharing portions if you want to go that route.
