Nina's
Thai
Herbs and vegetables grow steps from the kitchen, so the betel leaves and basil in your plate were in the ground that morning. Nina's is a Thai restaurant tucked into greenery outside Pak Chong, with two ways to eat: inside among chandeliers and vintage furniture, or in the garden where the shade does the air-conditioning's job. The menu leans on house-grown produce, and a handful of dishes are the chef's own invention.
