The concept loosely follows Noah's Ark, a former industrial space reimagined as a retreat for the city's creative set, with rooms named Institute and Attic Loft that sound more like studio rentals than hotel categories. An eyewear boutique and rotating art shows share the ground floor with an all-day restaurant.
