A converted boathouse on the Fowey waterfront where the menu changes with whatever came off the boats that morning. It's a casual, no-frills seafood spot with an open kitchen and a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and in summer the queue outside is part of the ritual. Fowey oysters and brown crab rarebit keep showing up for good reason. The cooking is straightforward by design, which takes more confidence than it sounds.
