The kitchen pulls herbs and vegetables from the property's own biodynamic garden, which means the provenance conversation happens before you even sit down. Two tasting menus run alongside an à la carte option, one built from the chef's signatures, the other newer and looser. Ligurian in soul, creative in ambition.
