Ô Dissay
Modern New American
Dinner here is served inside a 15th-century château, where the parquet floors and ceiling mouldings do as much work as anything on the plate. It's a hotel dining room that leans modern rather than musty, drawing on classic bourgeois cooking and very good produce. The sauces and jus have real depth to them, and the kitchen does a bistronomic menu midweek and at lunch that brings the price down considerably.
