A manor house in the Monterrei wine country doubles as the dining room here, and the kitchen runs on a simple philosophy: product first, technique second. Chef José Luis Prieto offers a short à la carte alongside a few tasting menus, all rooted in the Galician and Orense traditions of the surrounding land. It's a family operation, so the welcome feels less like a restaurant and more like someone's very talented relative learned to cook.
