    Geometric whitewashed villas arranged like a contemporary take on a Greek hill village, adults only, with earth-toned interiors, natural textiles, and private pools in the better suites. The beachfront villas are the full splurge. A spa, hammam, yoga studio, and indoor pool round things out, which feels appropriate given that Hippocrates was born on this island. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
