    Dry-aged beef finished on a Josper grill is the thing to know before you sit down at this waterfront Italian restaurant on Marlin Parade. Hand-stretched pizzas and house-made pastas round things out, with local seafood woven in because this is Cairns and it would be rude not to. The views over the water do a lot of heavy lifting for the room, and the Australian Good Food Guide has given it a Chef Hat.
