A former brewery mansion on the Thessaloniki waterfront, with wrought-iron balconies, coffered ceilings, and curving marble staircases that the renovation left well alone. The rooms are pale parquet and crisp white, most of them facing the sea. The building also holds a storied old restaurant, a café-workspace, and a rooftop bar, so there's no shortage of reasons to stay inside. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
