Inside, sandstone walls and high ceilings set a modern Italian restaurant where the kitchen is open to the room and the wine list leans on the famous Tuscan producer that gives the place its name. The cooking is polished, the service attentive without hovering, and the whole thing lands somewhere between a Zurich lunch and a Florentine occasion.
