Set inside the Susana Balbo Wines estate in Mendoza wine country, this restaurant pairs modern tasting menus with the estate's own vintages, so the kitchen and cellar answer to the same family. The chef keeps the cooking seasonal and local, pulling from whatever the region offers that week. Four or six courses, each with wine pairings built around the property's bottles. The grounds also host brunches and picnics for anyone who needs more excuses to stay.
