    Stay 80

    The former design director of Soho House overhauled this old guesthouse in the Southern Highlands, and the results are hard to argue with. A boutique hotel two hours from Sydney, it mixes English country house rooms in the restored main building with bungalows featuring fireplaces and outdoor bathtubs. Morton National Park is right there for hiking. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
