An old house in the center of Comano, fitted out with minimalist furniture and a chef who will happily explain his organic philosophy between courses. This small, intimate restaurant runs surprise tasting menus in the evening, five or seven courses and almost entirely vegetarian, with nearly all ingredients sourced organic. The wine list leans Swiss but reaches further out. Bring someone who doesn't mind not knowing what's coming.
