Osteria La Pimpinella

A Bib Gourmand osteria in Bra's old town, a short walk from a square where you can actually park. The kitchen leans into Piedmontese classics, vitello tonnato, tajarin, and local sausage, but the cooking reads as carefully considered rather than dusty. Portions are generous and the plates are pretty. A couple runs the room with genuine warmth, and the staff manages to be both efficient and relaxed, which in a small Italian dining room is harder than it looks.
