A terrace just off the tourist drag in Stresa's historic center sets the tone for this contemporary Italian restaurant: relaxed but considered, and clearly not here to sell you a postcard. The kitchen moves between land and sea with some ease, pulling from local producers and letting the ingredients do the talking. Ravioli stuffed with farmyard meats sits comfortably beside octopus in saffron broth, and neither dish feels out of place.
