    Two brothers run the kitchen and the floor here, and they'll talk you through every plate personally, which either sounds charming or mildly intense depending on your mood. OX is a Michelin-starred fine dining spot in central Darmstadt, minimal in decor and serious about ingredients, with tasting menus in five or seven courses. A courtyard terrace opens in summer for anyone who finds the clean white walls a little austere.
