    Whitewashed and Cycladic on the outside, the rooms go full boho-chic inside, with linen, raffia, and artisan details that somehow avoid feeling like a mood board. This Michelin Key hotel sits just above Psarou Beach, and most balconies face the sea, with some suites adding private pools or open-air hot tubs. The main pool runs lively through the day and softly lit after dark, and two restaurants plus a spa mean leaving is optional.
