Safari tents on timber platforms above the Jervis Bay bush, each one with an open-air bathroom and a freestanding tub under the sky. This tented camp keeps things deliberately low-tech, which is the point. The Gunyah lodge doubles as a treetop dining room with a deck wrapped in eucalyptus and paperbark trees. Wi-Fi exists there, if you absolutely must, but the camp clearly regards that as a character flaw it's politely tolerating.
