    A private bay with mangrove coast on one side and the Caribbean on the other sets the frame for this adults-only, all-inclusive resort outside Playa del Carmen. Rooms come with rain showers and deep soaking tubs, the beaches are kept quiet by design, and Tulum's ruins are close enough to justify a day trip without guilt. The service reportedly makes people want to come back, which, in an all-inclusive, is the harder trick.
