Parador de El Saler Golf

A golf resort sitting inside the Albufera national park, with the Mediterranean on one side and a course widely considered among the finest on the continent on the other. The building is all modernist angles and big glass, and many rooms have balconies that face straight out to sea. Non-golfers get a spa, a gym, and a Mediterranean restaurant, so there's no real excuse not to come along.
