    Named for the chef's grandmother, this Michelin-starred fine dining room sits right on the Marktplatz in a lakeside village that looks almost implausibly picturesque. The format is a six-to-eight-course tasting menu that threads Austrian and French instincts together, and the sommelier doubles as your host, which keeps things warm rather than stiff. In summer, local musicians play outside and the sound drifts in.
