Pazo de Toubes
Contemporary Spanish
A restaurant set inside a working winery in the Ribeiro, where the wine practically pours itself. The kitchen leans contemporary with deep Galician roots, and the tasting menus move through local seafood and the occasional odd-couple pairing, like egg with fried pig's ear, that somehow makes complete sense. Wine pairing is available throughout, which, given the address, would be rude to skip.
