    A boutique hotel tucked into two merged heritage buildings right on the Plaza Mayor, with some rooms opening onto little balconies above the square. Exposed brickwork keeps the old bones visible while marble bathrooms and design nods to Goya and Velázquez give the whole thing some cultural weight. No spa, but there are indoor and outdoor pools, and the neighborhood does most of the heavy lifting for entertainment anyway.
