A pizzeria-grill sitting inside Nagoya's busiest shopping arcade, Cesari runs on the reputation of Pasquale Makishima, who won the World Pizza Championship and then quietly built what amounts to a small Italian food empire in Japan. The menu spans red and white pies made with imported Italian ingredients, grilled meat, classic Italian dishes, and desserts from the in-house lab upstairs.
