    Pozole comes in red, green, and white here, and the red is the one to get: a steaming bowl big enough to require planning, with chunks of pork and hominy swimming in a broth that actually has some heat to it. Cabbage, avocado, and radish go in, lime and cilantro finish it off, and suddenly whatever was wrong with your day is negotiable. A casual pozoleria on East Van Buren that the Phoenix New Times named best pozole in the city.
