Qafiz is a Michelin-starred omakase restaurant where a handful of seats wrap around an open kitchen in a farmhouse deep in Calabria, and the chef builds a tasting menu that reads like a portrait of the region. Remote enough that guests often just stay the night, which the property accommodates.
