Quinta da Arrábida

Three generations of the same family have been tending the cork oaks, olive trees, and free-range chickens on this private farmland inside Arrábida Natural Park. It's a rural estate hotel, split between a five-bedroom manor house and three smaller cottages that can be taken separately or together. The manor leans elegant; the wood-oven cabins lean rustic. Either way, Portugal's clearest coastline is a few minutes downhill.
