The tableware was designed in-house and incorporates the literal fingerprints of the chef's son, which tells you something about how personal this one-Michelin-star tasting menu restaurant feels. Hidden behind an almost anonymous facade in Talavera de la Reina, the dining room runs white and spare, with a curtained inner room that turns the volume down further. The cooking is rooted in La Mancha but pulls freely from further afield, and the snack course alone arrives as a small exhibition of local ceramics.
